  Please share this with your wonderful learner... So when we read... we are pretty good about knowing where to start.  What about writing? We are still learning that this is important too.  So... we need to know. 1. Reading starts on the left. 2. Writing starts on the left. Wave your left hand.  Here  is  my  left  hand. Reading  goes  this  way. Writing  goes  this  way. Families, please ask you child... How are you feeling about the words left and right? Where do we start writing?  Here is a fun challenge.
