The Parable of the Lost Sheep
Today you will find this...in your child's book bag!
Please take it out of the book bag and let your lovely learner enjoy being a sheep! Baa! Sorry about the possibly messy cotton wool! Pleae keep the sheep mask at home. Any other work/ newsletters can be cleared out at the same time.
We were trying to understand what the parable of the Lost Sheep teaches us. No matter who, God loves us and knows us by name. If we do go astray ( do something wrong) we know that we can say sorry and try again. God will welcome us with open arms...just like the shepard who finds his lost sheep!
Please feel free to comment below. We are making up sentences with the word 'very' at school. So, parents, here is a question for you: How cute is your amazing Room 7 learner when they wear their sheep mask? Could you create an answer to this question in the comment section below and use the word very? For each comment, you will earn your child a ' participation' footstep so comment away!
This is Laura commenting.... We just love this cute mask. Sam has gone to sleep with his at the bottom of his bed. He VERY much enjoyed this art activity!
