    What a great poem, kitty has a number of special places. She loves the domain and spends a lot of time there, possum hunting, playing hockey or football in the canopy, looking for fruit in the sensory garden and taking Archie for walks in nature, especially around the tree stumps. She also loves the beach and the sea!

    Thank You Kitty and Joshus for sharing with us. Kitty, it is really lovely to learn more about your world. Possum hunting sounds like fun. When my boys were little, they went crab hunting!

We Remember Holy Thursday

 Tomorrow is Holy Thursday and the last day of a wonderful term.  To support the children in their learning, we tried to imagine what it would have been like at the Last Supper. We investigated what plates would have been like in the time of Jesus. The plates would have been made out of clay. They might have had patterns pressed into the rim area.  We made our own plates and created patterns on our plates. We broke bread and shared it with out friends.  Tomorrow we will start the day at Mass. Then we will try some food from the time of Jesus.  Jesus told his friends at the Last Supper that everything would be ok. He told them that at first they would be sad ( on Good Friday ) but on Easter Sunday their hearts would lift and sing with JOY.  May we all feel  joy on  Easter Sunday.
